Special Instructions: 2014 ACE Spring Conference Beech Bend Camp-Out

For those attending the Spring Conference, and also plan to camp out at
Beech Bend Park, please read the following from Paul Blick, ACE Events
Director:

Here are some special instructions for the 2014 ACE Spring Conference
Beech Bend Camp-Out. In addition to these instructions, a disclaimer/waiver
will be required for all campers. This disclaimer/waiver will be sent out to
conference attendees (that register with a valid email address) about a week
before the event. If you\’re planning on participating in the camp-out, you
will need to print out the disclaimer/waiver and have it filled out prior
to arriving to Beech Bend. This will help speed up the registration process
for you.

If you have any questions about the special instructions listed below,
feel free to email me at: pblick@ACEonline.org.

Beech Bend and I want everyone to have a great time at the camp-out and to
stay safe. So if everyone follows these special instructions, we will all
have an awesome camping experience inside Beech Bend Park & Splash Lagoon.
Thank you in advance for your understanding.
