It\’s been busy during the winter and early spring here at Quassy Amusement
Park,
but we\’re ready for the 2013 season and hope you are, too! Quassy opens at

Park Opens Saturday At Noon
105 years and counting! This Saturday Quassy Amusement Park opens for its
105th
season with family fun from noon to 6 p.m. The park features a $35 carload
special,
so up to 10 persons in your vehicle receive an all-day ride pass for only
$35, parking
included. Ride the award-winning \”Wooden Warrior\” roller coaster plus your
other
favorites in the park.
Can\’t come on Saturday? Not to worry, the carload special continues on
Sunday as
well!

\”Ready To Read\”
Program certificates during the afternoon meet-and-greet sessions.
Oh, yes, and at 3 p.m. Sunday (April 28), Quassy features its annual egg
hunt for
prizes! (Egg hunt for children only while adults can cheer them on)

Quassy\’s annual \”Ready To Read\” Program gets into full swing May 4 & 5
with none
other than \”Clifford The Big Read Dog\” visiting the park, courtesy of
Scholastic
Trade. Meet-and-greet sessions both afternoons.

the off-season our waterpark has been transformed into a much larger

with the addition of three huge new slides plus a children\’s splash pad.
Finishing
touches are being put on the project, but \”Splash Away Bay\” – our

known as \”Saturation Station\” – will be ready to open on May 25!

\’Quassy Quest\’ Laser Maze Awaits You
We have a new attraction in the arcade building in the heart of the park:
\”Quassy
Quest\” Laser Maze. This must-see amazing maze of laser beams is fun and
challenging
for all ages. Every mission is a race against the clock to see who can
dodge crisscrossing
lasers in a darkened chamber while the anxious crowd waiting outside
watches the
action on large screen televisions. The pay-as-you-play attraction is sure
to be
a hit!

Birthday Parties & Catered Events
We\’re currently taking reservations for birthday parties at the new
\”Trolley Stop\”
pavilion. Packages for a party of 10 start at only $275.
Catered events are a specialty at Quassy. We host company outings, church
picnics,
family reunions, sports banquets, stags, weddings and more. A vast menu
selection
is offered and all of the food is prepared by our own Lakeside Caterers.
Educational school fieldtrips are also shaping up at Quassy. Our \”Fun With
Physics\”
