ACE Plays At Lake Compounce

Another New England Regional Event!

With all the assorted national and regional events around the country (and
the globe) this year, and with the limited number of available weekends for
those events (other than Florida, Texas, California, and other ‘warmer’
states), we thought for sure we would have to squeeze in a regional event
on a Sunday. An informal email survey brought a very positive response to
that idea.

How Saturday, July 8 was not already booked for another event, we don’t
know – so we grabbed it!

Come join fellow ACE members for a day of fun at Lake Compounce, the oldest
continuously operating amusement park in the country!

The event flier is attached, and you have your choice of mail-in or online
registration (and there’s no service charge for online!)

Sunday regional event? – Opinion needed!

With so many Saturdays unavailable to us for several reasons at the various
area parks, *generally speaking*, would you attend a Sunday regional event? (at
this moment in time we are considering something at Lake Compounce)

ACE New England Regional Event

At last month’s The Great Nor’easter at the Carousel Museum in
Bristol, Connecticut, Six Flags New England made the announcement of our
regional event “A Dark Knight With ACE”. At that time, it was planned
that the event would take place on August 12. Shortly after, it was
learned that “Coastin’ By The Ocean” at the Morey’s Piers in NJ was that
same weekend.

Rather than make anyone have to choose between the two dates, the SFNE
event was changed to August 19.
