With our local parks starting to open, and various ACE events beginning to
take place (along with their registrations also starting to open – if they
haven’t already), just a reminder for Wooden Warrior Day at Quassy
Amusement Park.

Quassy’s new coaster has a name!

April 5, 2025 – 1:00 pm

Coming soon to Quassy Amusement Park is a new spinning coaster from SBF
Visa Group. Recently revealed is the name: *Crazy 8*.

The name was chosen during a public naming contest for which they received
almost 400 entries for the Name the Ride Contest.
Our regional event, Wooden Warrior Day, will be held at the park on May 31
and online registration is now open (event details attached). The

Wooden Warrior Day 2025 – Registration is open

circumstances beyond our control*. The new date is Saturday, May 31. Our
